Tony Fisher, trading as QuoteCo, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on QuoteCo Platinum. If Platinum is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt and we will help. Paddle handles all billing enquiries and returns.

After a refund

The subscription stops renewing and the account returns to Free. Your estimates and invoices are not deleted, and Settings keeps the export controls so you can take a copy at any time.

Renewals and cancelling

You can cancel Platinum any time in Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Full billing terms are in Paddle's refund policy.
